Dork Diaries #1

Dork Diaries #1
 by: Rachel RenĂ©e Russell
This is a great book. I recommend it to 9-13 year olds, yet almost any age can read it. It is a fun book about a girl, Nikki, who moved and gets a new school. It is hard for her to make new friends, but she gets a couple by the end. She is also bullied every day.
It is girls’ version of Diary of a Wimpy Kid.  I LOVED it and I think you will to. I rate it at 5 stars. You can find it at Costco, the library, or almost any store/book store.

Percy Jackson; Lightning Thief

review  by Matthew, 11
Percy Jackson
 And the lightning Thief
Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief Poster

Percy is a lot like the average
Twelve year old kid or so he thought. Until he fought his
Pre algebra teacher  Mrs.dodds (one of three furies) and accidentally vaporizes her. (p.s. he’s a demigod.)
This book is great,
Full of suspense, humor, and adventure.
I recommend it to ages 10-20.
I give it two thumbs up.
And 5 stars.

Rapunzel’s Revenge by Shannon and Dean Hale

Review by Sarah, 8

Rapunzel’s Revenge

Is a great book because it is a comic strip book and it is easy, and fast to read. The characters are Jack, Rapunzel, and Mother Gothel. my favorite character is Jack because he was silly. I love that Rapunzel was a strong character and was a cowgirl. I am looking forward to reading Shannon Hales next book “Calamity Jack”.

Project Book Review!

As a summer assignment to the kids they are reading and righting book reviews. Each at their own level. Books of their choice.
This should be fun to follow!
