Welcome Home

I am just starting a blog and seeing that we are starting a new part of our lives it seems and appropriate time to. We are getting the keys to our first home today! :)
To back track on our year a little bit we have come a long way baby! At the start of the year we where living in a run down basement apartment and Jonathan was working on finishing his Bachelors and we were hunting for jobs like mad. Jonathan graduated in April with his Food Science degree from BYU to add to his Culinary degree and Culinary certifications. After lots of hard work and searching we found a job with Lyons Magnus which brought us back to California (I didn't see that one coming!). Or oldest Matthew was baptized in August and we moved in September. So here we are in California in a temporary apartment/storage unit up to our eyeballs in boxes and after looking at what felt like millions of homes we found ours. After only a month and a half of searching and a short 2 week escrow we have a home to call our own. I am excited to start ripping down wallpaper and personalize our home.
